This document outlines the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply to all users who access or use the g102 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or making any transactions.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the g102 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must refrain from using this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the operator of the g102 platform. Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for account registration and continued use of all services provided.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the g102 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, as well as forfeiture of any existing balances.
All information provided during registration — including full name, email address, phone number, and identification details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. g102 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs within your account is considered your own. g102 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the g102 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX (internet banking), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other approved local payment methods as updated from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits belong to them and have been obtained through legitimate means. g102 reserves the right to reject or suspend any deposit or withdrawal suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. g102 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or in circumstances deemed unusual.
Any bonuses or promotional credits received are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each offer. Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the stipulated requirements.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

G102 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

G102 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, or instructions from the relevant authorities. Accounts suspended pending a security investigation will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable terms.
Platform Liability Limits
G102 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this platform, including betting losses, temporary technical disruptions, or unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and g102 makes no guarantees regarding winnings or game outcomes.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content, logos, brand names, and software on the g102 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited. This platform may contain links or references to third-party services; g102 is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those external websites.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through legally recognised channels in Malaysia. g102 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time; users will be notified via an in-platform notice, and continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
